Catholic Recipe: Cranberry Sauce
Making cranberry sauce from scratch is very easy and delicious. Make this ahead of time to allow for chilling time.
DIRECTIONS
Combine sugar and water in large saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add cranberries; simmer until cranberries pop open — about 10 minutes. Chill. Makes about 3 pints.
