Swiss bishops apologize for abuse

Admitting that “those in charge of the diocese and religious orders made mistakes,” the bishops of Switzerland have issued an apology and are urging victims to consider pressing charges. The bishops rejected a call by the nation's president for a database of priests who have committed abuse.
