Kentucky Catholics urged to support amendment as state ban faces court battle

CWN Editor's Note: Following the Dobbs v. Jackson decision (CWN coverage), a 2019 Kentucky law banning most abortions went into effect.
Six days after the Dobbs decision, however, a state judge halted implementation of the law, leading the Kentucky Catholic Conference and other organizations to support a pro-life state constitutional amendment.
