North Dakota lawsuit alleges abuse by Christian Brother

A lawsuit filed in North Dakota alleges that Brother Raimond Rose, a Christian Brother, abused a 14-year-old Catholic school student in 1977. Five suits against Brother Rose are pending in Minnesota, and one in California has been settled out of court for $1.1 million.
Brother Rose, who was first accused of abuse in 1966 and lives in Chicago, has not faced criminal charges.
