CWN Editor's Note: Cardinal-designate Giovanni Angelo Becciu will continue in the post of Sostituto (Substitute for General Affairs of the Secretary of State) until June 29 and assume his new position in late August. He will remain the Pope’s special delegate to the Sovereign Order of Malta. Cardinal Angelo Amato, the Congregation’s prefect since 2008, turns 80 in June.
