A simple dessert for a large crowd is chocolate pudding. Use coffee and evaporated milk to add special flavor to the pudding.

Use packaged chocolate pudding mix, counting 4 servings per package. Instead of milk, use half strong cold coffee and half undiluted evaporated milk.
