Catholic Recipe: Paska Serna Svizha (Ukrainian Fresh Easter Cheese)
This food celebrates the return of eggs and dairy products to the table at Easter.
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Tie in clean cheesecloth. Press between two plates for 1 hour. Slice; serve.
