Catholic Recipe: Paska Serna Pechena (Ukrainian Baked Easter Cheese)
DIRECTIONS
Combine eggs, milk, salt; beat thoroughly. Add cloves. Pour into 5-quart casserole. Place casserole in larger pan containing hot water. Bake 1 hour at 300°. Cool. Tie in clean cotton cloth. Reserve to drain for 24 hours. Slice, serve.
Yield, 1 loaf
