Vatican newspaper marks 9/11 anniversary; NY archbishop among contributors

L’Osservatore Romano marked the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks with eight articles in its September 11 edition.
The most prominent front-page article—“11 settembre: La ferita il dolore la memoria“ (September 11: The wound, the pain, the memory)—was written by Andrea Monda, the newspaper’s director.
Seven additional articles, including an interview with Archbishop Ronald Hicks of New York, were printed in a special section:
