FBI: 84 victims of anti-Catholic hate crimes in 2025

There were 84 victims of anti-Catholic hate crimes in the United States in 2025, according to data released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
According to FBI data, 62.4% of victims of anti-religious hate crimes in 2025 were victims of anti-Jewish bias, 9.8% were victims of anti-Islamic bias, 6.9% were victims of anti-Sikh bias, and 3.0% were victims of anti-Catholic bias.
In 2025, the FBI found that there were 63 reported anti-Catholic hate crimes in the United States in 2024, and 437 anti-Catholic hate crimes between 2020 and 2024.
