Warm papal greetings for Polish people, Jasna Góra pilgrims

At the conclusion of his August 5 general audience, Pope Leo XIV said:
I send warm greetings to the Polish people. At this time, pilgrims are making their way on foot to Jasna Góra from many Polish dioceses, spiritually supported by the faithful in their parishes. May this witness, the hardships of the journey, the shared prayer, and the encounter with Mary strengthen the faith and hope of families and communities.
Together with you, I pray for peace in the world and for new priestly and religious vocations. I bless you all!
The Vatican omitted these words of the Pope from its English translation of his remarks.
