Patriarch Kirill declares the futility of attempts to intimidate the Russians

CWN Editor's Note: At a church dedication on September 18, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow, the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, paid tribute to the “willpower, strength of spirit, the ability to overcome difficulties” of workers in northern Russia.

“Then, maybe, they would have thought even more about whether it is worth offending Russians or not,” he added, as he described faith and love of Russia as “two wings on which a person takes off.”
