With Gen Z, women are no longer more religious than men

CWN Editor's Note: Among 18—to 25-year-old Americans, 49% of women and 46% of men are “nones” (atheist, agnostic, or nothing in particular), according to the report.

Young white men are more religious than young white women: 42% of men in the age group are “nones,” while 51% of women are.

In contrast, young Hispanic women are more religious than young Hispanic men: 48% of men in the age group are “nones,” while 40% of women are.

51% of black men and 53% of black women in the age group are “nones,” according to the report.
