Cardinal Mahony: photo portrait shows humility

CWN Editor's Note: Cardinal Roger Mahony, the retired Archbishop of Los Angeles, has written to the priests of that archdiocese, offering to send them portrait photos for which he posed, holding several loaves of bread.
The cardinal said that the portrait and the pose were “meant to harmonize with the call of Pope Francis for us to be humbler...”
