English university lifts block on appointment of pro-life chaplain

CWN Editor's Note: The University of Nottingham has announced that after “constructive and helpful dialogue with the Diocese of Nottingham,” it will accept the appointment of Father David Palmer as Catholic chaplain. The university had earlier blocked the appointment, citing Father Palmer’s public opposition to abortion.
