July 06, 2021
CWN Editor's Note: A review board in the Diocese of Lansing, Michigan has found that complaints of sexual abuse by a former bishop are credible. The complaints against the late Bishop James Sullivan involve behavior in the 1960s, when he was a priest in Lansing. He later served as auxiliary bishop there, before becoming Bishop of Fargo, North Dakota, in 1985. He died in 2006.The above note supplements, highlights, or corrects details in the original source (link above). About CWN news coverage.
