CWN Editor's Note: A review board in the Diocese of Lansing, Michigan has found that complaints of sexual abuse by a former bishop are credible. The complaints against the late Bishop James Sullivan involve behavior in the 1960s, when he was a priest in Lansing. He later served as auxiliary bishop there, before becoming Bishop of Fargo, North Dakota, in 1985. He died in 2006.
