California emergency rules are ‘open discrimination,’ says Orthodox prelate

Noting importance of singing in the Orthodox liturgy, he said: “This is open discrimination, hypocrisy, and the infringement of our religious rights, prompting us to recall the era of godless persecution in the USSR.”
