Utah priest charged in prostitution sting to receive new assignment

In a statement released December 8, Bishop Oscar Solis of Salt Lake City said that “all admire” the priest; rather than return to his current parish, he will “be given further time to resolve his personal issues, followed by a new pastoral assignment.”
