CWN Editor's Note: An Italian missionary priest has been kidnapped from his parish in the Niamey diocese. The Society of African Missions reports that Father Pierluigi Maccalli was seized on Monday night, and is now believed to be in the custody of jihadists who are operating out of a base in neighboring Burkina Faso.
