Notorious Chicago ex-priest assigned to prison facility for the sexually violent

CWN Editor's Note: Daniel McCormack, the former Chicago priest whose multiple offenses re-awakened the sex-abuse scandal in the archdiocese, has been classified by an Illinois court as sexually violent, and confined to a facility for sex offenders. Judge Dennis Porter, noting that the laicized priest has refused treatment, ruled that he was likely to molest children again if he were released.
