Judge rules Catholic agency must include same-sex couples in foster care

CWN Editor's Note: A federal judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that the foster-care program operated by Catholic Social Services in Philadelphia must provide services for same-sex couples. The court rejected an argument by the archdiocese that such a policy would put the agency in violation of Church teaching.
