    Interesting report. The West's military spending is increasing almost as rapidly as China's is. But Russia's is down 20%. While I support whatever military readiness is needed to keep the vicious hordes at bay, I have to ask the question about who are the real peacemakers in today's world? The figures cited in the report may help us form a judgment in answer to that question.
