CWN Editor's Note: This year’s meditations for the Way of the Cross at the Colosseum (video) were written by 15 adolescents and young adults. Andrea Monda, a religion teacher at a classical high school in Rome, coordinated the drafting of the texts. The Pope’s prayer at the conclusion of the Way of the Cross focused on shame, repentance, and hope.
