CWN Editor's Note: Pope Francis named retired Argentine Bishop Gustavo Óscar Zanchetta as assessor of Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See (APSA), the treasury of the Holy See and the Vatican City State. The Pontiff appointed Bishop Zanchetta to the see of Orán in 2013; the bishop resigned in August for health reasons at the age of 53.
