ACLU helps Louisiana death row inmate gain access to TV Mass

Backed by the American Civil Liberties Union, a Louisiana death-row inmate has won a settlement that will permit him to watch televised Masses up to twice a week. Inmate Donald Leger maintained that he had only been permitted to watch Protestant programming
