Papal call for sustainable farming
November 14, 2016

“I unite myself to the bishops in their desire that mother earth always be cultivated in a sustainable manner,” he said to pilgrims in St. Peter’s Square. “The Church, with understanding and recognition, is beside the world of agriculture and does not forget those who in various parts of the world are deprived of essential gifts such as food and water.”
