Islamic militants kill 12 in Kenya

October 25, 2016

Twelve people were killed when terrorists of the al-Shabab movement attacked a guest house in Mandera county, Kenya, on October 25.

Al-Shabab terrorists used grenades and improvised explosives to gain entry to the guest house near the border with Somalia, then opened fire on residents. The Islamic group said that the attack had deliberately targeted Christians.

Al-Shabab, an Islamic extremist group fighting for control of Somalia, has pledged retaliation against Kenya for sending troops to support Somalia’s provisional government.
