Philadelphia archdiocesan schools ask parents to affirm Catholic identity

The Philadelphia archdiocese is asking parents of children in the parochial schools to sign a statement of support for the schools’ Catholic identity.
The “memorandum of understanding” reminds parents that the Catholic schools of Philadelphia will abide by the teachings of the Church, and parents will be expected to “uphold all principles and policies that govern the Catholic school."
