January 21, 2015

Blessing army uniforms, boots, and other supplies outside his cathedral, the head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church said that the Church is offering continuous prayer for the nation’s troops, who are fighting Russian forces and pro-Russian separatists.

“Tell those who are at the forefront and protect our Ukraine that we early in the morning, at night and during the day pray for them,” said Major Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk.
