Catholic Recipe: Cream Cheese Frosting
A simple cream cheese "frosting" for the Appetizer Cake.
DIRECTIONS
Blend 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese and 3 tablespoon or more milk until smooth and fluffy. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
