Catholic Recipe: Coconut Macaroons
This is a very easy and gluten free recipe for a sweet treat.
Combine milk and coconut. Stir in vanilla and chocolate pieces. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until light brown, and remove from sheet at once. Cool on a wire rack.
