Have you ever stopped to think why you don't want a child molester working in your diocese as a priest? As usual, you're wrong! Let Father Rossetti explain it to you (from America, 9 September 1995):

Just as the banishment of lepers was fueled by medieval myths, the hysteria surrounding child sexual abusers is exacerbated by myths about those who suffer from sexual deviancies. Child molesters incarnate our deepest childhood fears: We imagine them to be old, evil and malicious men. In our mind's eye, we see them as powerful and dark figures that lurk in the shadows and prey on the unsuspecting. ... Our myths about child molesters come more from the projections of what lies within our own inner psyches than from the truth about who these men are.

Got that? Your view that molesters are evil and malicious is a myth, and -- pay close attention here -- this myth is a "projection" of your unresolved sexual fears. And all along you thought you were concerned about justice and charity!
