dinkum et iustum est

A group of 1970s-vintage Australian Lefty Catholics delated Cardinal George Pell to the CDF for dissenting from the doctrine on the Primacy of Conscience as expounded by Saint Robert of Mapplethorpe. Spokesbeing Frank Purcell accused the Archbishop of Sydney of fostering an "Eichmann mentality," according to which Catholics are simply to obey orders.
The Obersturmbannführer himself seems not to be terribly rattled. From the Sydney Morning Herald:
Cardinal Pell yesterday dismissed the complaints as a "real hoot" and characterised the signatories as Catholic dissenters of the "loyal opposition".
The only name I recognize among the loyal opposition is Paul Collins, a former Missionary of the Sacred Heart who left the priesthood citing irreconcilable problems with media coverage. Real martyr material.
