Consider a Catholic Pharmacy

By Dr. Jeff Mirus ( bio - articles - email ) | Feb 01, 2010

[Editor's note: Unfortunately, the DMC Pharmacy discussed below did not survive. It has closed.]

The Divine Mercy Care (DMC) Pharmacy is an extension of the work of the famous non-profit Tepeyac Family Center in Northern Virginia, which offers fully Catholic OB/GYN care. Tepeyac not only provides care in complete accordance with the teachings of the Church, but it has become a source of inspiration and medical advice to many other practices around the country.

DMC Pharmacy is a continuation of this same work in the area of prescription drugs. Also operating strictly in accordance with Catholic teaching, DMC Pharmacy has recently expanded the region to which it can ship prescriptions. Their service now covers six states: Virginia, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Georgia.

The pharmacy is currently offering free shipping to all priests and religious in honor of the current Year for Priests.

I highly recommend that you use DMC Pharmacy if you can. To get started, follow the instructions on their web site.
