Vatican newspaper highlights stories of volunteers

L’Osservatore Romano devoted a special section in its October 9 edition to stories of volunteers from around the world.
Following an introductory front-page article, the Vatican newspaper published five articles:
- “In Tanzania i coniugi Ellyard, dopo aver abbandonato il mondo finanziario delle ‘Big four’, sostengono i bambini con la Fondazione Bouncing Books“ (In Tanzania, the Ellyards, after abandoning the financial world of the “Big Four,” support children through the Bouncing Books Foundation)
- “Il missionario trentino Gianfranco Graziola, da vent’anni nella Pastoral Carcerária brasiliana“ (Gianfranco Graziola, a missionary from Trentino, has spent twenty years with Brazilian Prison Pastoral Care)
- “A colloquio con il missionario comboniano che da cinquant’anni vive tra Kenya, Zambia e Sudan“ (A conversation with the Comboni missionary who has spent fifty years living in Kenya, Zambia, and Sudan)
- “La storia di Djibril, dal Mali a Roma“ (The story of Djibril, from Mali to Rome)
- “Sottufficiale della Finanza coordina i volontari del Centro diocesano di Ladispoli“ (A non-commissioned officer of the Finance Police coordinates the volunteers at the diocesan center of Ladispoli)
