US embassy to Vatican observes ‘Transgender Day of Remembrance’

CWN Editor's Note: The American embassy to the Holy See observed “Transgender Day of Remembrance” on Sunday, November 20, as the Catholic world celebrated the feast of Christ the King.

The “Day of Remembrance” is dedicated to “those of the transgender community who have been murdered because of hate.”
