Holy See, Kazakhstan sign new diplomatic accord

CWN Editor's Note: The Holy See has reached a new diplomatic accord with the Republic of Kazakhstan, governing the reception of Church workers from other countries who travel to Kazakhstan to engage in pastoral work with that country’s Catholics.
The agreement was signed by Archbishop Paul Gallagher, the Vatican’s Secretary for Relations with States, who is in Kazakhstan this week accompanying Pope Francis on his visit.
