UN enlists voodoo priests to help Haitian reconstruction

UN relief organizers in Haiti are asking voodoo priests to help with their efforts to rebuild the country. A spokesman explains that "community leaders obviously have a role to play to help the humanitarian effort." The self-proclaimed head of the nation's 60,000 voodoo priests proclaims: "It is inconceivable that people will think about Haiti without thinking about voodoo." And it is inconceivable that UN aid will not flow to the voodoo cult.

It would be interesting to learn of voodoo cult schools, hospitals, hospices, senior centers, and other humanitarian facilities of the cult are going to be assisted by the United Nations.
