CWN Editor's Note: The Jewish News of Northern California has published a profile of the rabbi in residence at the University of San Francisco.
“A Jesuit Catholic university appointing a rabbi-in-residence was unprecedented, especially when that rabbi is a lesbian and longtime LGBTQ activist,” in the words of the report. Rabbi Camille Angel teaches a class called “Queering Religion.”
