CWN Editor's Note: A Syro-Malabar Catholic church in Delhi was demolished on July 9, on orders for local authorities, who said that the building lacked proper permits. Parishioners counter that the decision of a development board was under appeal, and charge that the board proceeded with demolition to make that appeal moot. The parishioners attribute the board’s decision to anti-Catholic prejudice.
