Toronto again closes down public celebration of Mass

CWN Editor's Note: The Archdiocese of Toronto has announced new restrictions on public worship, in line with new government regulations. Parishes in the city have been instructed to allow no more than 10 people—including clergy and stuff—inside a church at a time. “Due to these measures, public Masses must be temporarily cancelled,” wrote Cardinal Thomas Collins.
