CWN Editor's Note: Bishop Donald Hying of Madison, Wisconsin, says he is “extraordinarily disappointed” in a decision by Dane County officials to close all schools. Bishop Hying said that Catholic schools were prepared to open, and had coordinated plans closely with public officials; he protested the decision to close schools just before they were scheduled to open.
