    A prayer or a joke?

The right, and probably, the only thing, under the circumstances, to do for the Catholic Church. Let us pray for the Chinese Christians that they will be able to survive with their faith. Christ promised his help to the end, - HIS victory! Pope Francis was probably right in his deal with the Chinese government, although my immediate reaction was a scream, "NO!". But at least the cruel persecutions have stopped, (we hope) - and the minds of the faithful they cannot change anyway.
