New app will relieve congestion for pilgrims at Bethlehem basilica

CWN Editor's Note: Christian leaders in Bethlehem are developing a digital program to ease congestion at the Basilica of the Nativity in Bethlehem. The program, which should be introduced early in 2019, would help pilgrims avoid long lines during peak seasons. It is being developed in a coordinated effort by Catholic, Orthodox, and Armenian Apostolic administrators of the basilica.
