Venezuelan bishop resigns following strokes

CWN Editor's Note: Bishop William Enrique Delgado Silva, 67, has resigned from his office as bishop of Cabimas, Venezuela; according to this Spanish-language report, the prelate has suffered two strokes. Pope Francis has named an apostolic administrator to govern the diocese.
