CWN Editor's Note: Over 50,000 people have joined an international petition drive for the release of seven Christians who have been jailed in India since 2008, accused of killing the Hindu leader Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati. The killing—which sparked weeks of anti-Christian violence in the Odisha state—was actually the work of more radical Hindus, according to journalist Anto Akkara, who launched the petition drive.
