Pakistan’s bishops lament anti-Christian prejudice in textbooks

A commission of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Pakistan has called for the removal of school textbook wording that is biased against Christians and other religious minorities.

“The structure of school education must be changed, and the curriculum must be modified,” the justice and peace commission stated in a recent report, according to the Fides news agency.
