Planned Parenthood sues makers of undercover videos

January 15, 2016

Planned Parenthood has filed suit against the Center for Medical Progress, the group that produced undercover videos exposing the sale of body parts from aborted babies.

The lawsuit charges that the makers of the shocking films gained access to Planned Parenthood officials under false pretences, and violated confidentiality agreements by exposing the sale of human organs. The lawsuit does not involve any claim that the information presented in the videos was inaccurate.
