Rebel Australian priest refuses to resign

Father Peter Kennedy, the Australian priest whose unorthodox practices and preaching have gained international notoriety, has refused to resign his position as parish administrator by today’s deadline. Archbishop John Bathersby of Brisbane has already named a new administrator of the parish.
