Catholic Recipe: Tuna with Peas

- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion chopped 
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 pound fresh green peas parboiled
- 2 tablespoons boiling water 
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS
Brown fish on both sides in hot oil in skillet. Add onion, parsley. Cook 10 minutes. Add peas, boiling water, tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
